Print Lounge Studio is the greeting card, wall art and digital print business of Print Lounge Studio Creative Labs Ltd, which is the organisation responsible for the personal information collected through printloungestudio.co.uk and our online shop at shop.printloungestudio.co.uk.
This Privacy Notice explains how personal information is collected, used and protected when you visit our website, sign up to our newsletter, or place an order for one of our digital products.

Depending on how you interact with Print Lounge Studio, we may collect information including:

- correspondence between you and Print Lounge Studio;
- feedback or reviews you choose to leave; and
- any other information you voluntarily provide when contacting us.
Buying a scripture or faith-themed product does not require you to disclose anything about your own beliefs, and we do not knowingly collect special category data (such as information about health or religious belief) through the website or shop.

- fulfil and deliver your order;

- respond to enquiries and provide customer support;

Where you sign up to our newsletter, we rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time (see section 11).
Where we are required to retain records for accounting or tax purposes, we rely on our legal obligations.
5. Newsletter sign-up
Our website includes a "Stay in the loop" newsletter sign-up box. If you enter your email address here, the submission is processed using Netlify Forms, as our website is hosted on Netlify. Submissions are stored within Netlify and a notification is routed to the email account used to manage Print Lounge Studio.
We only use your email address to send the newsletter updates you have signed up for. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email, or by contacting us directly.
Netlify states that form submission data is stored within its systems and recommends that customers regularly review and delete personally identifiable information that is no longer required.
6. Placing an order through our online shop
Our products are sold as instant digital downloads through our online shop at shop.printloungestudio.co.uk, which is built and hosted on the Wix platform.
When you place an order, Wix collects the information necessary to process the transaction, including your name, email address, billing details and order information. Payment is processed securely by Wix's payment providers and/or PayPal, depending on the option you select at checkout — we do not receive or store your full card details.
Because our shop runs on Wix's platform, your order information is also subject to Wix's own privacy policy, which governs how Wix processes data on our behalf as our shop provider.
7. Who we may share information with
We may use trusted service providers where necessary to operate the website, shop and business, including:
- Netlify — website hosting and newsletter form processing;
- Wix — our online shop, checkout and order processing;
- payment providers, including Wix Payments and/or PayPal;
- email and productivity providers; and
- accounting or professional advisers.
We only share information where it is reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose or where we are legally required to do so.
8. International processing
Some of the technology providers we use, including Netlify and Wix, may process or store information outside the United Kingdom. Where this occurs, we rely on the appropriate legal safeguards used by those providers for international data transfers.
9. How long we keep your information
We do not keep personal information for longer than reasonably necessary. As a working retention policy:
- newsletter sign-ups are kept for as long as you remain subscribed, and removed within a reasonable period after you unsubscribe;
- order and customer records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the order and handle any support or refund queries;
- invoices and accounting records are retained for up to six years, as required for UK tax purposes; and
- we will periodically review and remove older newsletter submissions from Netlify where they are no longer required.
10. Your data protection rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give you the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information;
- ask us to delete your information in certain circumstances;
- ask us to restrict how your information is used;
- object to certain uses of your information;
- request transfer of information where the relevant legal requirements apply; and
- withdraw consent where processing is based on your consent.
Where we rely on legitimate interests, you have the right to object to that processing in certain circumstances.

11. Marketing communications
We will not automatically add you to our newsletter simply because you place an order or contact us. You will only receive newsletter marketing emails if you sign up to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every newsletter email, or by contacting us.
12. Cookies and analytics
Our website, printloungestudio.co.uk, uses only technologies necessary for it to function, such as the newsletter sign-up form. Our online shop, shop.printloungestudio.co.uk, is built on Wix, which uses cookies necessary for cart, checkout and account functionality, and may use additional cookies as set out in Wix's own cookie notice.
If we introduce non-essential analytics, advertising or tracking technologies on our own website in future, we will update this Privacy Notice and, where required, provide appropriate cookie information and choices beforehand.
13. Security
Reasonable steps are taken to protect personal information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure. However, no internet-based system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and you should avoid sending highly sensitive information through ordinary email or website forms unless necessary.
